Its been 1 week since my surgery. I feel great, minimal pain, and getting around the house well. Other than lifting, I do regular housework.

It has been tough getting in all my protein and fluids, but it gets better every day.

A few things I've found that are great:

bone broth from CoreLife Eatery

Diet Cranberry juice and Diet Cran-lemonade (very low in carbs and calories)

crystal light

yogurt

cottage cheese

tea (decaf)

jello pudding protein pops

natural no sugar applesauce (I use 2 TBS to take meds)

I am also 1 week post-op. My food menu is really similar as well. I actually returned to work since I work at an office and sit at a desk. I had to walk at a steady pace because I became really short of breathe when I caught myself walking faster. Best of luck to you on your journey !!!
