When did your Weight Loss Slow?
The app happy scale will do the same thing that Grim was talking about - and you don't need a Fitbit.
I agree with him - it's def comforting to see the trend and I like the estimated goals and such.

Our stats are so similar! Could I ask you how many calories you eat per day?
I was between 600 - 650 but now I'm at about 700 or so. I'm working two jobs right now (one in the morning and one at night) and I think having two protein bars a day is part of my problem. I still eat chicken etc but need to eat more actual protein even if I'm on the go. I'm also not as physically active as I should be. However, I just bought a bike so that's going to change when the weather cooperates. Feel free to message me anytime and let me know how you're doing.

I'm 6+ months out, and I'm slowed down to 1-2 lbs per week. But I'm also down 150 pounds overall, and am about 35 from my initial goal. I knew it would slow down at about this point, plus my surgeon wanted me to be at 1000 calories when I saw him for my 6 month follow up. I had just upped to that about 3 weeks prior, so I also knew that would make a difference as well.
I had surgery May 26, and up until around November I was flying. I was eating things that were slowing me down (not bad or too much, just slowed me down). Got it moving again and then its slowed WAYYYY down since about March.
I'm pretty much maintaining now

While there might not be such a thing as "losing to fast" I find that I have far more energy now that weight loss has slowed down a bit. Also, because my energy and stamina is improving I don't look like I'm melting any more since I am exercising gaining muscle now.
We didn't become obese overnight and IMO expecting to lose weight immediately is the same "I want it NOW" mind set that got us fat in the first place.
I honestly wouldn't mind if it slowed. I'm doing exactly, to the "T", what my NUT has given me for a food plan and losing really quickly. But, I also have boundless energy. Seriously. I walked 4 miles on lunch break and then turned around and accepted an offer for a gym buddy tonight after work. That part of it I love.
And yeah, I wouldn't mind stopping the melting!
