Very much slept in this morning after getting up for a minute with one eye open to feed the dog and leave the back door for him. It's a lovely gentle rainy day here. If it clears this afternoon, I have a beach walk scheduled with a friend.
B - coffee and yogurt
L - cashew chicken
D - guts from 1/2 a Ruby's diner turkey sandwich if we end up walking
S - protein shake
Another beautiful, sunny day in the 70s. Interesting week ahead, big reveal to the extended family at the funeral tomorrow, and dinner with my oldest nephew tomorrow evening who I haven't seen in 1.5 years. He has no idea about my weight loss, can't wait to see his face!
B: Greek yogurt w/Super 5 Seed granola, coffee w/heavy cream
L & D: Smoked pulled pork (OMG so good!)
S: Apple

Congrats Erin! That's awesome. I hope to be in onederland some day. Still got a ways to go but I'm better now than I was over a year ago. I made it a short term goal to be under 350 by May 19th which is the weekend of the music festival. Today I was 350.6. I could easily be down another 5 by then. I would have never dreamed of doing a 3 day music festival a year ago being in the upper 400's. No way would I have been able to stand for that long or walk that much.
B: 4 oz plain Greek yogurt with 1/8 cup granola
L: buffalo chicken
D: 2 hardboiled eggs
S: protein bar, my occasional treat of Starbucks cinnamon dolce latte.
E: walking, house cleaning

gotta get back on track today.
My morning was low key. Was awoken by fur-kids at 0630. Fed & let out to poo while I made my espresso & premier protein. Once the kids were back in, I crawled back in bed & slept til 1100.
the scale was forgiving this week, to spite Friday & Saturday birthday munchies, and I weighed in at 182.3.
am/b: espresso with SF peppermint Torani & Premier Protein
L: Oh Yeah! One Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Bar (decided to try it. Not as good as the old ones)
D: chicken breast, cottage cheese & spinach artichoke hummus
S: the last of the devilish meunster cheese
