Vsg friends ?

I'm feeling mostly better besides that pain under my incision but it's been calming down quite a bit so I'm getting lol. How are you doing with the liquid and protein

Lots of pain last night about bed time. Pretty sure it was because I was very under my fluid intake. I only got about 40 oz total yesterday and about 20 grams of protein. Today is a new day and I will get my fluids in and my protein.

I am home all morning with my son by myself. My husband got called into work. Little nervous for that because the smell of food makes me nauseous.

I hope everything goes well! Maybe try to make him something that doesn't have too much of a smell to it like cereal or eggs even. Good luck getting your liquids and protein too, it's a lot harder to do then I originally had thought it would be

I also had my VSG on 5/1/17.

The anesthesia made me very sick in the hospital for a few days. Once I got home, I was much better. It took me until yesterday to get in all my protein and fluids. The pain is so minimal now. I have a few tender spots, but nothing crazy.
