Whatcha eating today VSGers? Saturday, 5/6/2017
Yesterday was a great, but very long, day. Today I'm going to work on school work and then head up to Frederick with Lance so he can run some races. Hopefully I'll be able to put a major dent in the school work that's remaining!

3: the meat plate at the Italian restaurant I linked the other day
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: nothing dedicated but I'm sure I'll get a lot of walking in!

The weather is gorgeous today..sunny, light breeze, great for all the things I have planned outside today.

It's finally stopped raining here for the moment so the sun is out. It's only gonna reach the upper 50's today though and than back to some more rain tonight. I might be swimming laps out there instead of walking if this keeps up.

Well, yesterday didn't end up being the food day I planned. I decided to have my b-day with my best friend, a little early. I ended up eating 1 glazed sour cream cake donut- because I've been craving one for almost a month. I walked in the store. Got my donut. Saw the cream filled ghiradelli mint, my brain went OH MY GOD, and I didn't buy a six-pack. Or even one. I took my little donut home and ate it mindfully and enjoyed it. But noted the greasy film on the roof of my mouth. My bestie came over & we watched a movie, had pizza & some sort of cinnamon bun monkey bread. Then I went to Guardians of the Galaxy at a place that serves booze. They had some of my old favorite beer, but I decided to treat myself to gelato. Great movie! Laffed my butt off!
now, back to the real world!
