What should I expect to be eating after surgery?

What will my diet be like 3 months, 6 months, and a year after surgery?

The RNY board has a daily menu post each day. You can go through those posts and see what people are eating at different stages.

There is no real difference between the diet after RNY and diet after VSG.

There is a post here every day where people share what they're eating. I recommend perusing that. Your surgeon should also provide you with a detailed post-op meal plan.
