My son had baseball practice last night and just as they were finishing up a fight broke out between some teenagers (a coach broke it up and no one was hurt)...they were fairly close to me and I thought to myself that if things had been really dangerous and I had needed to grab my son and run, for once in my life I probably could have lol

D cheesy chicken and broccoli
Vitamins in. Water good. Exercise: rowing and a walk at the ball field (hopefully no fights today)
Super rough morning here. I didn't get home until 1130 last night due to choir concert and post-concert meal with the choir. This morning I did not want to force myself out of bed. But I did and I'm really glad I made it to Tai Chi. (No Pilates due to kidney stone.) I'm in the library all day and then going to a poetry reading this evening. I didn't have good lunch food options, so I'll have a quest bar for lunch.

Sorry it was a rough morning! I feel like this is the week that will never end. My trainer bailed on my last night because of a stomach bug (which of course, I do not blame him for and do not want). Missing the work out though!

Interesting developments here. My great-uncle passed away yesterday, a very sweet man...he was near 90. The funeral is next week, and I will be seeing my extended family, most of whom I haven't seen in several years. I had planned on posting new pics and revealing my weight loss on my Facebook this week, but the rain precluded getting the new pictures, so I was waiting for better weather. Now it seems I will be having my big "reveal" in person instead. It's a little more nerve wracking, and the event is not optimal, as it should be all about my uncle; however, there is nothing I can do about that but be prepared for the reactions and questions. Wish me luck!
