Loose skin!

Well, I'm down 110lbs-ish since my high weight and I look like a dog who had puppies when I lay on my side. We won't talk about my chest. So, my only suggestions are good shape wear and eventually treat yourself to plastic surgery. Oh, and make sure to keep any folds dry as rashes/skin breakage is a real thing.

Awe, I will definitely invest. Thank you for sharing & I'm not sure I'll ever get plastic surgery. I think that'd only be an option if I couldn't deal with it but I think I'll be okay

Unfortunately when we gain weight we actually grow more skin to cover our size. It really does not stretch as much as we think. So when we lose weight we still have all that skin. Don't let that stop you though, you'll still look better than you would if you keep the weight on. I think I look normal in clothes.

Thank you, I'm excited to lose the weight even if I end up looking funny in clothes. I'll still be more comfortable with myself and definitely a lot healthier

Sadly there is nothing you can do. If you're going to have loose skin, you're going to have it. Building muscle will help to fill out the skin some, but there's only so much you can do in that regard.

What they said: I used to think that skin would adjust eventually to a smaller size inner body (like it did to a larger one). Unfortunately not. But when I was young and dieted down it definitely had more elasticity (not at my older age though). BUT: even w/o PS, you'll look so much better (my wrinkles/folds only showed when unclothed).
