Hello:

Have you experienced surgery loose skin after surgery and how has it affected you?

What are some foods that you can't eat after surgery? Or should avoid?

Thank You

Are you seeing a nutritionist? Usually you are given a complete layout of what your diet should be after the surgery. It goes in phases.

Welcome. Obesity Help has a pretty good search function. All of your pre-op questions have probably been asked before. The best thing you can do for yourself before surgery is to read, read, and then read some more. Search any question you may have and you will find multiple threads with awesome advice.

Good luck with your surgery!

I have loose skin after losing ~160 pounds. It's annoying but WAY better than being super morbidly obese.

I prioritize protein and avoid refined and processed carbs. You should be getting a diet guideline from your surgeon's office.
