Whatcha eating today VSGers? Thursday, 5/4/2017
Totally know how you feel, jachristmas. I lost my mom 10 years ago this past March due to lung cancer and COPD, and I don't know if it ever gets easier. With Mother's Day approaching, I usually cringe at every reference to it on tv and in ads, but I am going to buy a nice bouquet and set it on our mantle or dining table to honor her. Hugs......
I'm going to get some new flowers for the vase on her grave. I like to visit her and she always loved flowers and gardening, so it helps me still feel connected to her.
I'm sorry - the grief waves are really challenging :(

Waves are a great way to describe it..I cherish the good dreams but some of them make me so sad, it's like losing her all over again. Haven't had a day in quite some time when I felt this emotional about it..crazy hormones and PMS are probably not helping any

D: Leftover curry - will eat just the chicken out of it. Last night I ate a bunch of the veggies and chickpeas too and today I have the worst head hunger.
It's been pouring here all day and is suppose to rain for three days straight. What happened to that nice warm weather we had in April?
