Endoscopy today

Hi. Had my endoscopy today. Piece of cake! They found a small ulcer and small hernia .Next week is my last nut visit. I'm on my last month of weigh****chers, so they are saying they will submit after the nut visit. I was under the impression my primary needed to write a final letter, but the surgeon's office says they write a letter of completion. I have United health care, so I may call to check.
