Gonna be a windy one here today and only the 50's. I'm ready for summer so my pool can be open and I can back to swimming laps at night.

B: 4 oz Greek yogurt with a little granola, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee

L: 4 oz grilled chicken

D: either crack chicken or taco casserole

S: protein bar

E: walking

water and vites

Hi everyone! Work was insane yesterday, so didn't get a chance to post. I really miss seeing updates from everybody on the weekends and when that happens! This week should be fairly low-key compared to last, and I am hoping the weather will start cooperating so I can start walking a little bit at night after I get off work. Paws crossed that happens!

B: Chocolate Premier Protein shake

S: 10 baby carrots, 2 T. Sabra Pine Nut hummus

L: 3 oz tilapia, 1/3 c. spinach/cauliflower mash

D: 3 oz pot roast, 1/3 c. baby carrots cooked

S: 1/3 c. strawberries sliced, 1/3 c. light ricotta, 1 packet truvia

Water/vites In

Walking at least 45 mins today

It was great to see my friend last night and she was so excited to see how much progress I've made..she is much younger than me, but we've known each other and worked together for years..and she has loved and supported me no matter my weight. She's like a kid sister in a way.

B hamburger steak leftover from dinner last night

L premier protein shake

S cucumber slices with Greek yogurt ranch

D baked chicken with dijon and lime (trying some of the recipes I found here)

Vitamins in. water good. Rowing machine today.

Good luck with the last of the term, Gwen :) I know you will do amazingly well.

Meal #1: coffee (IF till 3)

After 3: chicken sausage and cauliflower "rice" (if room), 30g protein shake, aaaand I haven't gone through the Death Freezer to see what I should cook. Might make another frittata since I have eggs and broccoli about.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Not super great today, but definitely trying:

B- Protein shake and hot tea

S- baked chips (sm bag)

L- Thin cut pork chop and broccoli

S- Protein bar

D- chicken breast and green beans

S- Cottage cheese

Water- 40 oz so far. This is a BIIIIIIG DEAL! I normally have 0 ounces, and drink nothing but soda. No more soda for me!
