It's been 2 years since my surgery. I've lost 100 pounds!! I still have 15 pounds to go. This time of year my work becomes extreme and it's hard for my body to keep up. I get weak, tired and shaking. I know my problem is because I can't get the colories down and even if I could I wouldn't, I've work to hard to lose the 100 lbs and I'm after that last 15. Especially because my daughter is getting married in 3 weeks. My question is: should I limit myself to only drinking Premier Protein? I also know I lack potassium. What do you suggested?

I'm confused - if you're not able to get calories down, you should be losing weight since that should mean that you're not eating?

You should work to eat correctly - dense protein, avoid refined/processed carbs, get in lots of liquids. For potassium - are you taking a high quality multivitamin?

It doesn't sound like lack of calories. Have you had a full set of labs drawn? Any number of vitamin and mineral deficiencies could cause these issues.

I think many people confuse lack of calories for something else. I get 550-650/day and I work out 5-6 days per week. I feel better and less fatigued than I ever have in my life. Because I'm only 15 weeks post op, I drink one premier protein per day to bump my protein total and that's included in the above calories.
