That is typical for that user. Just let it roll off your back!

Yes, don't let it get to you, Anita. Some people have a distinct lack of subtlety and diplomacy in their responses. They are definitely the minority. Welcome back!!

As another newbie I also appreciate the perspective of your experience. It's nice to know what my typical day may look like eventually. Don't let that comment prevent you from coming back here.

Thanks for offering your experience. When I did this 7 plus years ago there were so people who had been out there for very long. I don't see your typical eating as so bad if it works for you. My diet is similar except I really avoid crackers and carbs. But I eat too much cheese instead. Again, glad you checked in. Diane S

Hi Anita!

I just wanted to welcome you back to the boards and congratulate you on your success! I don't care what anybody says to you. Wls is not the easy way out and you fought hard to lose 100 lbs and keep it off. Don't lose sight of that!

I had my sleeve in 2009 and lost 114 pounds. I am really active and watch what I eat. However, I slowly started gaining weight three years out and it all came back on. I think the biggest problem is I was a night shift worker and had horrible insomnia for 8 years. My pcos went haywire and here I am. The story has a happy ending though! I am now on day shift and had a revision surgery to a ds. I'm getting back on track!

Rake care and welcome back!
