Hi I am officially 3 days post op surgery went well I was told but I don't understand how I was 253 right before going to the OR and I was discharged today weighing 266. Had anyone else experience this? I have barely had anything to eat while in the hospital.

Very normal. You've been pumped full of fluids.

Swelling and fluids - totally normal. It's wise to wait to weigh yourself until a week or two post-op. But... too late for that now :P You are, however, completely normal!

Yes I had the same thing. I believe it is from the gas they have to pump into you! It will come off. I have basically stood still now loosing weight. Was hard to get my protein in.

I had surgery 4/18/17
