Yesterday was ok. I have gone so many years not having a monthly visitor, I am just getting used to having one again ****il I get my insurance back, then bye-bye *****). So, yesterday was day one...
Yesterday's #'s: Calories-1334, Fat-42.5g, Fiber-7.5g, Carbs-64.1g, Sodium-1902mg, Protein-156.7g, Water-90.7 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 20% from carbs, 30% from fat and 50% from protein.
AM: Coffee with Premier Protein & SF Torani Peppermint
L: Sweet Kale Salad with Ribeye
S: Espresso With premier protein & SF torani peppermint
S: chocolate mint protein bar
D: Cottage cheese & Chicken Breast
E: Movie!!!!

Boy oh boy am I flexing my will power muscles today. Took kid #2 out with 4 of her friends for pizza. I ordered traditional bone in wings and ate two of them (200 calories total according to MFP). I'm thankful my restriction is awesome (at this point) because I couldn't have eaten more than that anyway but it was still a higher calorie meal than I normally have. I considered doing the "eat just the toppings" thing but the fact I couldn't accurately track it on MFP made me shudder.
Then I took them for Fro-yo. That one I just had to suffer through. Back home now and considering what I can have for dinner to off set the larger calories of lunch.

L: (2) bone-in wings tossed in hot sauce
D: Salmon? (I think I'm a broken record here, at this point I nearly eat it daily!)
S: Premier Protein, either half or a whole depending on what my calories/protein end up at

Seems I'm always late posting my menu anymore, but..just so busy.
B coffee and 2 slices of bacon
L premier shake
S 4 oz shrimp
D grilling some pork chops and chicken so we will have leftovers for a couple days
Vitamins and water in. Been outside most of the day walking and helping do yard work.
Breakfast - chocolate premier protein shake
snack - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
lunch - 2 McDonald's cheeseburgers - threw the buns away
snack - pure protein chocolate bar
dinner - avocado salad (avocado, one slice tomato chopped, 1/2 lime, 1 green onion stalk chopped, 1/4 jalapeño pepper diced, salt & pepper.
Dessert- 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp sf strawberry preserves, 1/2 cup chopped pecans
vitamins - check
not enough water today.
