I've had issues with it for years that has eventually turned into osteoarthritis along with cartilage damage. I usually have eflexxa injections done in it every 6 months to help cushion the joint, but am allowed to get steroid injections inbetween time as needed. I fell on it about 2 weeks ago and than all the increased walking has irritated it since. I've been limping on it the last couple of days.

OMG I love my cortisone shots! lol I need one in my left knee every 2-3 months now (degenerative arthritis). Won't be long the right knee will need one as well. But whatever it takes!

I feel you on the knee pain, Leslie. I've been having a small twitch or catch behind my right knee the past few days when I walk a lot, but after a couple of laps around the building here, it works itself out. I take a Tylenol if it is really giving me a fit and that seems to help.

B: Western scramble

S: Café International Suisse Mocha with a little milk, sugar free and decaf variety

L: 1/2 Pepper Jax Grill Chicken Philly Salad

D: not sure as my sister and I are meeting up to shoe shop. Probably Grilled Chicken and small salad somewhere.

Water and Vites: going to get em all in! :)

Exercise : going to aim for 50 mins walking on breaks and lunch period

I try to push through the pain most days but end up limping on it by the end of the day. I know that isn't smart to do, but I do take a Tylenol as needed and ice.

Just out running errands today..it's hot and humid one minute and now cloudy and looking like rain, idk, crazy weather!

B premier protein and later an egg

L bbq chicken

D the guys won't be home so I'll just have some leftover sloppy Joe's

Will drink a premier fruit punch drink later to boost my protein as the thought of more dense food just isn't appealing to me. So glad my new prescription will be ready in about an hour, hoping then my tummy will be back to "normal".

Water and vitamins good. Walking at the ball field if the rain holds off.

How do the Premier fruit drinks taste? I know I had an Isopure drink once and I thought it tasted horrible. It would be nice to find a clear protein drink I could keep around for emergencies instead of the shakes.

Cathy they taste good but are kinda sweet. I dilute mine with water and usually make 2-3 drinks from one bottle. Not sure if you've ever tried the Atkins Lift drinks, but the premier fruit punch tastes pretty much like the berry flavored Atkins. Basically they both taste like a very sweet POWERade or Gatorade type drink, but it is a nice change from creamier drinks.

Thanks, jachristmas! I am hyper-sensitive to sweet drinks after surgery, so I might give it a try and dilute it like you said.
