Whatcha eating today? Wednesday, 4/26/2017
It's Wednesday! Another cold and dreary one here from the looks of it. I picked my choir gown up from the tailor yesterday. I thought it had just needed hemming when I took it in, but he pointed out that it needed taking in at the back as well. So that was awesome, now it fits really well! I need to remember that the tailor exists more often!
1: protein shake
2: fish from the other night
3: tilapia, salsa verde, soft taco shells for the guy (Art is out of town which means I get to cook fish, yay!)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga
How about you?

I've decided that I'm not going to post what I plan to eat on here anymore, because I NEVER end up eating what I planned lol. So, instead, I'm going to put what I DID eat the day before. So much easier
Yesterday I had:
B: Vienna sausages w/reduced sugar ketchup
L: Homemade Sausage McMuffinless, coffee w/heavy cream
D: Crack chicken
Water and vites: Check!
E: An hour shopping at Hellmart (err...Walmart)
Haha. For me, posting what I plan to eat here makes me more likely to actually eat what I've planned on. So, for me, it's an extra accountability measure. But I can see how it might not be that way for everyone!

That's always my intent...I always plan the night before. But when the day comes, I might manage breakfast as I planned, but then the rest is a crap shoot depending on my mindset for the day. I'd say 3 out of 7 days I manage to follow my plan, but the rest of the days...pffft lol. At least I stay within my goals so that's something anyway.
Long work day where I train people. With training!
I'm preparing to eat my way through my freezer before buying groceries again. I find I wi**** was full of Halo Top rather than meat >.>
Meal #1: proteeeein shake
Meal #2: Turkey sandwiches (deconstructed) because if I don't bring food to work I will stress eat.
Meal #3: dinner is going to be Paleo hot dog chili, which is better than it sounds.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I just found a recipe for keto chili dog casserole, and I plan on making it this weekend. It looks delish so I'm sure your chili will be awesome!
I make this one recipe, Cathy. It's absurdly filling. It is also about 1/3 of my calories for the day, but well worth planning around :) I usually skip the slaw though since I never have room.

Definitely adding that one to my recipe box! This is the one that I found and am going to try: Keto Chili Dog Casserole
When I saw the pic with all that meat and hot dogs and cheese, I knew I HAD to give it a try. The numbers are a little high as well, but since I can only manage 4-6oz, I'm sure the servings I get will be smaller, so will refigure the macros after I make it.
Good Morning, WLS comrades! I am in dangerous territory today as it is April Birthday Treat Day today at work. I made a low carb crustless spinach quiche with the high hopes that there would be enough for my breakfast and lunch portion, but these hoovers had it all eaten by 8:30am. :) Oh well, might be a light lunch, which I need to do as I've already nibbled on stuff I shouldn't have.
B: 1/12 slice zucchini quiche, 1/4 c fresh blueberries, 2 slices of bacon
S: 1/4 slice banana bread
L: hopefully a serving of the turkey sausage breakfast casserole someone else made
D: Crock pot chuck roast, 1/2 c. baby carrots
S: sugar free jello with NSA mixed fruit.
