Meet with my surgeon on Friday for my 6-month follow up. Crossing my fingers I can lose 2 more pounds by then, would really like to be down 90 when I see him! Loving the keto diet, feel so much more satisfied and still losing steadily.

Hope the kidney stone pain subsides soon! My goal for today is to not eat candy... then once that is mastered cut out all sweets, etc. etc. et****il I lose 10 lbs.

Hi Guys! Sorry for not reporting in yesterday. Stayed home with a migraine/sinus combo...no bueno~ Feeling better today!

B: western scramble (1 egg, 2 oz sausage, green/red pepper/onion little Colby jack cheese
L: 3 oz deli ham, wrapped in 1 oz of garlic herb Cracker Barrel cheese (new flavor and it's wonderful). small cup sugar free cherry jello
D: Turkey burger with Colby jack/slice of avocado and 1/2 c. spinach/cauliflower mash.
Water and vites: getting there
Walking: going to aim for 50 minutes today!~
