I'm back...lol. Really enjoyed the weekend with my hubby..he started his new job today! We had so much fun at the lake fishing and boating. Pouring rain here today and flash flood warnings all over.

Yesterday was ok. I weighed in and I had been craving carbs. i had wanted either a piece of cake with butter creme frosting, or a cake doughnut. I ended up eating a klondike bar. Then I had steak for dinner. then I had two protein bars because my protein was low, and I wanted them!!!
Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1861, Fat-120.2g, Fiber-4.5g, Carbs-79g, Sodium-1445.5mg, Protein-120.9g, Water-70.6 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 17% from carbs, 57% from fat and 26% from protein.
