Yesterday was a hungry day. After 20K steps on Friday, and a heavy arm workout, I expected it. And, as seems to be the pattern, this morning I saw a good drop on the scale - 185! I have been having incredible carb cravings, so I am planning to indulge in a piece of cake or a doughnut today.

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1258-Fat-56.2g, Fiber-7.1g, Carbs-46.9g, Sodium-1914.6mg, Protein-143.3g, Water-105.1 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 15% from carbs, 40% from fat and 45% from protein.

AM/B: Espresso with Premier Protein & SF Peppermint Torani

L: 1 slice thin crust Papa Johns Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza

S: Heath Bar Klondike Bar

D: Ribeye

S: 2 Power Crunch Chocolate Mint Protein Bars

2 hour Yoga hip opener workshop
