The March for Science yesterday was great and I'm glad I went! It was cold and wet, so we didn't stay as long as intended, but it was still good and getting to spend a day with my mom is always lovely. Today I've got a bunch of school work to do and a party for a friend back in the city. Whee!

1: protein shake
2: leftover shredded beef from Chinese take away
3: no idea yet - not sure if the party will be dinner or if we'll get dinner (or dinner ingredients) on the way home

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga to stretch out my sore legs!

Happy Birthday to me! Today will mark the end of "cake season" and I won't be taunted with it again for awhile (it's also my oldest daughter's birthday). It's supposed to be warm and sunny today, so I'm looking forward to going up to camp again.

Happy birthday!

We tend to get pizza from a local italian place or a local greek place. From the italian place, I can get any meat dish and skip the pasta. From the greek place I get gyros and skip the pita.

Well, after a long day of playing outside at camp they opted for take out pizza. So I'm having scrambled eggs with chili pepper and sour cream and a 1oz sausage patty. I'm totally content with that :)
