Spent the day at the lake yesterday, so I missed the menu post..but I planned ahead and packed little snack size ziploc bags in the cooler with weighed out portions of deli turkey and pepperjack cheese..worked great! Hoping we might go back out tonight and do some night fishing for catfish!

L 3 oz leftover steak we grilled last night

D took some chicken out of the freezer, haven't decided yet what I might do with it..buffalo sauce comes to mind and homemade Greek yogurt ranch for dipping, with some cucumbers and carrots on the side (do not like celery)

Vitamins in and water good. Rowing machine later today.

Getting warm here today - 87! I think Spring may be over...

B - egg/half bagel thin and coffee

L - prosciutto and mozzarella rolls

I am in my 14 day prep. So water and other liquids. I love these posts. Help to see that someday normal food will come back. I am 2 days into my 14 day prep, needless to say I am CRABBY AND CRAVING BIG TIME!!!

Hang in there, girl! I had 14 day clear liquids prior to surgery, too. It sucks, but it's sooooo worth it!! You can do this!!!
