Freakin' busy day & I forgot to post this morning.
Yesterday was good. Got over 13K miles in and a good an workou****er is still lacking.
Yesterdays #'s: Calories-887, Fat-34.6g, Fiber-2g, Carbs-29.4g, Sodium-1763.6mg, Protein-112.1g, Water-67.3 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 13% from carbs, 36% from fat and 51% from protein.
Benefit of posting now is that I know what I've eaten today!
