Hi Guys! Happy Thursday.....it's the prequel to FRIDAY! Yay!
B: Bananas and Cream Premier
L: Pepper Jax grilled chicken salad, no dressing (about 1/2 of it)
D: 3-4 oz ground turkey burger, 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese
S: 1/4 c. strawberries with truvia/sugar free cool whip
Water...I will make it to 64 oz today! ;) Vitamins: In
Walking: slowly but surely will get in 40 minutes
B: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, coffee
L: 3oz deli turkey with 3 slices think Colby cheese
D: left over Ham
S: protein bar
W&V: on track
E: lots of walking. Just got back from my lunch break walk and nearly stepped on snake which is unusual for this part of Ohio.

W&V-Vitamins on track, trying really hard to increase my water...finally got 96oz in yesterday!
E-60 minute walk
Finally mustered up the courage to walk through my health club doors yesterday, swam laps for 15 minutes. My goal is 30 minutes, I forgot how hard it is!

I started soft foods today after 5 weeks on a liquid diet!
B: Gefilte fish - could only eat 0.4oz
45 min later...
1 cup almond milk with a scoop of genepro
L: Gefilte fish - Ate 1.6oz and felt wayyy over full and almost threw up. oops.
A couple of hours later...
1 cup almond milk with a scoop of genepro
D: Tuna salad....1oz - perfect!
45 min later...
2 cups of herbal tea
Water...need to drink another 3 cups today somehow
Vits: taken
Total for the day is only 330 calories but I'm strictly supposed to have only 3 meals per day. humm.
