Weight loss total at 6 month mark

next Tuesday will be my 6 month mark and I'm down about 90lbs, just curious where others were at the same time, day of surgery I was 354

Gwen is right...every surgery is different, every plan is different, every person loses at a different rate depending on metabolism and a host of other factors. Hearing how much others have lost is no gauge for how you are doing. Just stick to your plan, and as long as you and your doctor are happy with your progress, that's all that counts. Keep on keeping on!!

We all start off at different weights and often with different medical issues and different expectations. Comparison is is just about impossible.
