VSG on 02/09/16

My Seattle trip to see the tulip fields turned into just a 2 day trip to Spokane due to some health issues unrelated to VSG, so that was disappointing:-( I'm trying to be positive and think of the money I saved. Going to swim some laps today and get some yard work done. I am leaving my sweet sidekick(my dog) at the sitters until tomorrow.

B-4oz honey Noosa with 1/3 cup Kind protein granola

L-Bananas & Cream Premier shake

S-string cheese & 2tbsp walnuts

D-Stuffed green pepper with ground beef and cheese

V&W-On track

Another horrendously busy day. I was up til after 10 last night. Alarm at 0500 hurts when you're up that late!

Yesterday's #'s: Calories-929, Fat-15.9g, Fiber-5g, Carbs-69g, Sodium-1592.1mg, Protein-127.4 g, Water-56 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 30% from carbs, 15% from fat and 55% from protein.

AM/B: espresso w/ SF Peppermint Torani & Premier Protien

L: chicken breast & cottage cheese

D: sausage & Lg AA egg

S: Premier Protein

water & vites

E: 5.41 miles and an AB workout that killed my lowest abs...
