Starting VSG with Banner question about requirements

Hello all!!! I was wondering if anyone has gone through VSG with Banner insurance. It has been really hard to see what they require to get approved! Thank you for your help!

Every plan is different, so others' experiences may not translate to your situation. Your best bet is to call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask about the coverage requirements for your plan. They can give you info and probably refer you to the appropriate section of your benefit book.
