Planning on having VSG next year need help
Your stomach explodes and you die.
Well, that could happen if you overeat immediately post-op.
If you overeat other times you'll probably feel miserable and wish you hadn't. You might vomit. And, if you do it enough, you'll stretch out your stomach and completely negate all the benefits of the surgery you put yourself through. You also won't actually lose weight if you overeat. So it's best to stick to the plan.
