A surgeon that take Staywell Medicaid in the Fort Lauderdale or even fort Myers area

I am looking for a surgeon that takes staywell Medicaid in the Fort Lauderdale or fort Myers area and I am having no luck I was told to first go to the surgeon and set everything up and then go to my pcp for a letter if I need I have all the history of failed dieta ect from my pcp . If anyone can help that would be great thanks so much

I found this site for Staywell Medicaid, and they have a member services number. I'd suggest giving them a call, they may be able to help you find a covered provider.
