B-1/4c Flax & Quinoa hot cereal w/2tbsp walnuts

L-1 hard boiled egg, mozzarella stick and 1/2c strawberries

D-Left over meatloaf & 3 bean salad

S-Rx bar

W&V-on track

E-Didn't swim laps yesterday, will try again today. Walk with the dog(60 minutes).

I hope everyone has a lovely Easter weekend, off to Seattle on Sunday.

L: 1/4 of a can of Black Bean and vegetable soup

D: 1 oz goat cheese, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes

S: Fiber One Haystack cookies

Water: Nearly. I've got another 16ish oz to go

Exercise: I walked during my break at work for about 30 minutes, step total today is 11,000.

Vites: Not quite
