Hungry!
I am fighting being hungry today, HARD! It's not that I haven't felt this since surgery but I think this is the worst it's been. I wonder if it's the hard work out yesterday?
Everything has been normal with my eating today. SIMMER DOWN TUMMY, SIMMER DOWN. You can have dinner in a couple hours!

I felt that way yesterday, and today I can hardly get anything down. At least it's not boring!

There have been a bunch of studies that link hard exercise and hunger. It's one of the many reasons that exercise doesn't help weight loss. It's great for health of course. But not weight control.
One study showed that people training hard to run marathons actually gain weight -- fat, not muscle.

Hm. Good to know and I guess that makes sense. My trainer is less than enthused by 700 calories or less per day, but we've come to an understanding that he doesn't bring it up.
Luckily, I'm only working out like that 2 days per week.

Maybe you should rearrange your meals on the days you work out. Like a small meal b4 & after your workout, maybe it'll help keep the hunger at bay.
I know I usually eat some protein like shrimp or salami, something like that b4 I go bike riding, then drink more water when I get home, & something small again, like a boiled egg.
