I am 5'1" and in a size 4-6. By most people's standards, including my own..NOW....I am a good weight, not fat, not super skinny, but thin. By the BMI chart, I am .1 point away from being overweight. A body builder who is 5'1", and weighs, say 150, because of lean muscle mass, would be considered obese by the BMI chart. Do NOT use that thing. It is archaic and incorrect. Go by how your clothes fit and the size you are wearing. If you are in a size 6, even by vanity standards of clothing measurement, that is STILL thin. Also go by people who's opinion you really trust. It takes time for your mind to see what you really look like. I know that sounds odd...but it seems to be true. Pictures DO help.

Yes, as I've said, know that BMI is not correct in this use case and I'm beginning to wish I hadn't mentioned it at all because that's what people are focusing on in their replied. I don't use BMI for my own goals. It's just part of what I want to tell the delusional people who say I'm small.
