Happy weekend, all! It's off to a fish dinner at church hall tonight, so praying for some spiced boiled shrimp to be on the menu! :) Good weather here is suspected and hope so as we need to cut the grass! :)

B: hard boiled egg, avocado slice and 1 T. salsa

L: 3/4 c crab, 1/4 avocado and 1/4 c fat free mozz mixed in

D: spiced shrimp and maybe small salad, sugar free jello

water, struggling....feel clogged up today

Sweet Friday.

I wish my trainer hadn't told me to slow down. Or I hadn't listened. Now I just feel completely exhausted! But I am going to make a rebound today. I'm off to the gym. Gonna put in some time. Today is Leg day.

Yesterday's #'s: Calories-990, Fat-43.6g, Fiber-5.1g, Carbs-30.1g, Sodium-1879.4mg, Protein-114.6g, Water-80 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 12% from carbs, 41% from fat and 47% from protein.

Midnight snack: Chocolate Mint protein bar (couldn't sleep after the Syrian attack)

AM/B: SF Peppermint Latte w/ON white chocolate protein

L: chicken & cottage cheese

S: premier protein

D: Chicken & cottage cheese

E: elliptical, legs, candlelit Yin

Agree 100%. I took both Rachel and Gwen's advice and added magnesium citrate to my daily routine. That coupled with starting a true keto diet including good fats, I am finally no longer having any constipation issues. Thanks to Rachel and Gwen for the great advice!
