Here's hoping for a good day, although it got cold again which is super annoying! This morning I've got fitness classes and then a student association meeting. Afterward I'll study anatomy in the library until the evening when I'm going to a lecture/reading thing in the college theater with the hopes of running into my favorite professor. My next big anatomy exam is Monday and I'm not holding out much hope that this weekend will be super productive for me due to MEMORIES.

1: protein shake
2: ham and cheese
3: protein bar or chicken piccata depending on when/where I am when I need to eat

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pilates/yoga hybrid class, tai chi class, pilates class

How about you?

P.S. I have a lot of comments from the last few days of meal posts that I want to reply to, I'm hoping I'll actually have time to do that today while in the library! Since I can't actually study anatomy for 6 hours straight.

Today is a big day! I broke the 100lb lost mark (not since surgery obviously)! This has been such a long time coming, since 2011 in fact. 21lbs to my surgeons goal and 33-ish to mine. I'm starting to see some really loose skin in my lower abdomen though, oh my! I look like I'm carrying a spare tire around my hips because the rest of me is thin!

I saw my trainer last night and we did a 90 minute work out. I didn't look at the clock once. Who knew that lifting marginally heavy things could be so fun?! Tomorrow is the kids birthday party, so that will be a test of my will power!

Happy Friday everyone. It got cold here also and possible snow flurries today. Tomorrow and Sunday will be back in the 70's. Such is Ohio weather.

D: going to Whole Foods tonight with a friend for there wine and hot food bar social hour. No wine for me but the pulled pork is alway great!

Off to the urologist today. Endocrinologist was yesterday. Honestly, for someone who avoided going to the doctor for about 20 years in my 20s and 30s, I feel like I'm seeing one every week these days. Making up for lost time, I suppose.

Yes, Gwen, Spring has gone MIA in SC too! Very windy and chilly!

B egg and 1 slice of hubby's bacon (made him pancakes and bacon before his late shift at work)

L ham/salami/cheddar roll with mustard

D either a tuna pack or baked salmon..depends on how late it is getting home from the ball game
