It's pretty normal for people to lose in a stair step pattern - especially women. It's not unusual for one week of the menstrual cycle to be a week with no scale movement.

It's late but I'm going to post anyway, especially since I missed posting yesterday. The weather is nasty here, hoping we don't see any tornadoes.
