I wear a size what?!
I last bought a dress in July/August for my dad's memorial service. It was a size 12 from Dress Barn.
Today I had some free time on the way home from my Monday stuff, so I decided to swing by Dress Barn to try to find a dress for May - I've got commencement, a voice recital, and Hamilton.
I went into the store and figured, hey, I've lost some weight so I'll grab 12s. I tried those on and they were a bit large. So I grabbed 10s in the ones I liked. Those were a bit big, so I grabbed 8s. But one of the dresses I liked didn't have an 8, so I grabbed a 6, just for ****s and giggles.
Holy crap, you guys, a size 6 FIT ME. Perfectly.
Things like this are both super exciting, but also mind boggling. I mean, if I wear a size 6 when I feel like I still like I could lose 20 more pounds, what will I wear in the future?! There aren't many more size options left...

Dress Barn says they do sizes 4-24. It's unfathomable to me that I might be too small for Dress Barn before too much more time passes.

Awesome & congratulations. I was shopping my closet the other day. I have a bunch of size 6's from when I lost weight the last time. I can wear one or two of the items, but have about 10-15 lbs to go before the others will fit. It's a great feeling. I have a whole "new" wardrobe waiting for me if I can keep my head in the game and loose the last of my excess weight.
