Post op emotional rollercoaster
Something that was really great for me was trendweight.com. It syncs with your scale (Fitbit, Withings.. I think you can hack it for other weight trackers too) and shows you your trending weight as well as the actual weight.
For me, this was a lifesaver. I get REALLY obsessed with numbers so I knew that I could easily become scale obsessed and let my daily weight really screw with my brain. Trendweight, however, lets me see the trend and focus on that instead. (You can see it in action with the link below in my signature.) Daily fluctuations suck. A lot. But seeing that trend and focusing on it instead of daily fluctuations really helps me to focus on what actually matters - longterm continued downward trending.
I highly recommend Trendweight to everyone :D

Oy. Eating food and spitting it out is no bueno. You are both eating pizza 13 days out from surgery. Do you really think that's a wise decision? I guarantee it's not on any food plan that your surgeon's office gave you.
You are having head hunger. You need to find another way to deal with it rather than giving into temptation. Removing 85% of your stomach will not fix what's wrong with your addiction to food.
Please, please stop what you're doing and seek therapy. It will not get better if you can't control your urges now.

I wanted to let that person know they weren't alone its called support Im not encouraging eating pizza I dont eat it every day it was a stumble I hit and saw and fixed. No I dont think its a wise decision thats why I dont do it. Not every one needs therapy some times hey just need some one to talk to. If u criticize to harshly that could cause some one to keep it to them selfs rather than share.
I'll take my chances and continue to warn people that exhibiting eating disorder behaviors after undergoing WLS might require the assistance of a therapist.
Best of luck to you.

It's up to each individual to accept or reject advice. I don't sugar coat mine.
Take it or leave it, but I will call out bull**** when I see it.

First off let me start by saying in no way shape or form did I intend to insult you in my last message I was genuinely congratulating you because I saw you had lost over 200 pounds and are like 40 pounds away from goal. I don't know how that was taken to be I was trying to fat shame you I'm very confused. I didn't ask you to sugar coat anything nor was I trying to be negative or pick a fight.I just thought I should clear that up.
Yes, you did. You're just backing down because you got called on your inappropriate comments.
I wish you the best of luck with your weight loss.
