Severe gas pain?

Hi guys, I'm a little over 3 weeks out from my sleeve procedure and yesterday around 4pm (PST) I started having severe pain in my left upper quadrant. It would get super bad at times, like I couldn't breathe, and was slightly relieved with burping so I'm quite sure it was gas. It was also relieved by me lying on my left side or putting pressure in the area with my hand, but every time I eat or drink anything it gets worse again to the point where I don't want to eat anything. I thought after getting some sleep last night that i'd wake up and it would be gone, but it's still there. I'm lying on my left side to try to keep it from bothering me still.

Do you guys think I should be worried about this? I feel like if it was something I ate then it would be processed through by now. Should I call the doc?

WWYD?

Severe pain is nothing to mess with. Do call your doctor. Upper left side pain is seen in some people with leaks so better safe than sorry. Call.

Thanks guys. I actually called them right after I posted, and they want to see me this afternoon. I'm totally expecting it to be nothing, but we'll see.
