L: 3 thin slices of (lunchmeat) ham, 0.5 oz of goat cheese, 1 string cheese

D: 1 egg, 1 slice of ham

Water: I have 16oz more to go

Vites: Just one more multivitamin to get in

Exercise: 8000 steps from work

Highest Weight ~400, Surgery Weight 293, Current Weight 227, Goal Weight 180

Highest BMI: 59.1, Current BMI: 32, Goal BMI: 25
