I ended up taking something last night to help me sleep and I rested better for awhile, but still woke up earlier than usual and couldn't fall back asleep. I don't know, I just feel like I can't get my brain to shut off. This too shall pass..

Vitamins in. A little slow getting in my water today, unusual, but I'll catch up. Walking and working in the yard some for exercise.

I woke up for my official Friday weigh in expecting to see 193 on the scale. But the Fat Elves came in the night and hauled off another 1.2 pounds! God bless the little buggers! Leaving me at 191.8! I am so tired this morning. I called my trainer and pushed back my 9 to 1030 so I can have some coffee.
Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1011, Fat-24.3g, Fiber-2g, Carbs-42.4g, Sodium-3082.2mg, Protein-148g, Water-69.2 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 17% from carbs, 23% from fat and 60% from protein.

Happy Friday, friends! Lord, this week has lingered on, so I am excited for quittin' time to get here. Planning to rest up tonight, go to movies with girlfriends tomorrow evening, and Sunday, adoption event for the doggies of TARA at our new Petco!

I did opt to skip pills today, except a tramadol for pain. I ate saltines which were okay. I got through about half my protein shake and decided I should stop. I had a few bites of oatmeal later on and lost interest. For dinner I decided to make roasted potatoes, brussels, onions, and bacon and I'll cook up eggs to go on top of that. At least that's what the guys will be eating. I'm thinking I'll just soft scramble up some eggs with cheese for myself. Boring, but I think it's what my stomach will tolerate. It's still feeling very sore and tired.
I also took a 3-4 hour nap today since I'm generally feeling very sore and tired!
