Steroids have definitely kicked in and I've been hungry all day. Just trying to drink lots of water and stick to protein packed low carb snacks.
B: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, coffee
L: 2 oz turkey and 2 slices pepper jack cheese
D: taco Casserole
S: protein bar, pork rinds, banana
W&v: on track
E: just finished 31 mins on the recumbent bike uphill with a resistance of 10-12.
