Hopefully it's ok if I post this? I'm headed out for the day and was missing my morning check in. I hope everyone else is sleeping in.

I'm back on track today. Yesterday was a treat day, as prescribed by my trainer. He says I've been doing so good, so strict, that I needed to have a treat every once in a while to make sure I don't slip and go off the rails. So yesterday I had my white mocha and a piece of pizza. I capped the day off with a 70 minute walk on the treadmill at the gym to make sure I got my 5 miles. OOPS! I got 6!

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1258, Fat-62.9g, Fiber-3g, Carbs-66.2g, Sodium-1446.4mg, Protein-109.7g, Water-79.8 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 21% from carbs, 44% from fat and 35% from protein.

AM/B: SF Peppermint Latte with ON white chocolate protein

S: Cottage Cheese

L: Cottage Cheese & Chicken Breast

S: Premier Protein in Coffee

D: last of the Ribeye

S: PUDDING!

I though today would be the day the scale would budge! No luck (probably because I dissed St. Paddy's Day on Kathy's thread...) Day 8, the scale standoff continues.

Don't be disheartened. Drop your carbs a bit if they're a little high, and bump up your exercise a little bit. You'll be through it soon enough.

I am mildly irritated, but not disheartened! Carbs are very low and exercise is good, so it's just a waiting game. For someone who always lost easily at 1500 calories, it's irritating to see no movement at 600 or so, but I know it's just part of the game.

I went back through my old posts from 2008/2009 this morning and saw my weight progress. It'll start falling off VERY soon!
