D: 3 oz ground beef/onion saute', 1/3 c. Green Giant Healthy Vision vegs (Zucchini, green beans, carrots)

S: maybe I need to stay away from the snacks.

L: 3 slices of turkey deli meat, String Cheese Stick, 1 pickle spear

D: Not sure yet :) Maybe just refried beans and cheese

I have worked out 5 days this week so far, and plan on going to the gym again tomorrow for a class :) I love it!

One of my fridge drawers is full of them! I like that I can have them when I am craving sweet and crunchy. And if I have more than one, I don't feel guilty AT ALL!!!

I was so amped up from my exam I haven't even had coffee yet.... and my blood pressure at the bariatrician was high, bleh.

I will be having an 8oz sirloin steak later, and likely a protein shake. Resisting the urge to eat crap is hard as I wind down from stress. I will have to return to work tomorrow so trying to relax tonight. I will lock myself in my house and watch Torchwood to carefully, ahem, assess John Barrowman's acting skills. Yes, that's it.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
