Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 3/16/2017
Last day of classes before Spring Break! Although I do have an essay due tomorrow at midnight as well, but I'm hoping to finish that up today in between everything else that's going on. I'm not sure how people who don't have Spring Break survive ;)
1: protein shake
2: fish!
3: Panera souffle thing
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: physical therapy! (I haven't actually done any exercise since my race on Saturday - I keep planning to, and it keeps not happening. My body is feeling mostly okay with a few areas that are still a little twingy.)

Today is my Friday. YEAH THURSDAY! Or as I learned to call it while living in Virginia, FRIDAY EVE!
Yesterday was a good day. Had a good arm work out. I walked five miles yesterday, and the day before. I am working hard to maintain my momentum.

Well I'm a bit all over the place. Life is crazy. Life is good, but I'm tired. There is so much going on and it is just exausting. I'm heading out on vacation in 8 days. I can not wait! 7 days on a mountain with my family. Lots of skiing, lots of laughs, lots of good food. It is going to be great. I haven't seen my niece in a long time... wow like 7 months. I skype her and talk to her on the phone all the time, but that little girl is not a baby anymore and I'm excited to see how different she is. She is almost 3 so 6 months is a crazy amount of change.
Food -- I know I probably sound like I'm changing things constantly, but I'm trying to make it work great so I will keep evaluating and adjusting. I'm really focusing on making myself feel good. I need to eat more, but eating more makes me feel kind of icky, so I need to make sure my eating more is eating more heatlyh stuff. So I'm trying to figure out how to get more fruits and veggies in. Those do not make me feel icky. I'm also working on finding more substantial veggies (peas, sweet potatoes, etc. rather than just the greans, brocoli, brussel sprouts -- still those, but just need more carbs I guess).
Plan for today:
B - fit frappe
L - broccoli, chicken & pasta (wish I had a salad to add but forgot it)
S - yogurt, strawberries, honey & choc chips, protein shake, apple & pb2
D - shrimp, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, salad
S - cottage cheese & berries
E - not sure, crossfit is active recovery. I'm kind of craving a jog, so maybe a jog and stretching.
Starting to finally feel a little better today. Hoping I'm 100% by the weekend since I have a goodbye party to attend for one of my long time best friends. Haven't worked out all week since this cold had me feeling a bit run down. Might try to get a walk in.
B: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, coffee
L: 2 oz deli turkey with 2 slices of pepper jack
D: taco Casserole
S: protein bar or pork rinds
w&v: on track so far
E: maybe a walk if I'm still feeling better.
Warming up here, got down to 17 degrees Tuesday night...brrrrrrr. Going to be 78 on Monday! Ahhhh, Midwestern living!
B: Fiber One cereal w/almond milk
S: Coffee w/H&H
L: Slow Cooker Pork Salsa Verde (minus the sugar) w/Monterey jack cheese and sour cream
D: More pork salsa verde
Water & vites: On track
E: I have no idea... lol
