Whatcha eating today? Wednesday, 3/15/2017
My bowels finally started working again yesterday! This is a downside to races - your body goes hardcore into sympathetic mode (fight and flight) which means your bowels are like "lol." Thanks to the snow day yesterday I was able to Miralax it up with no worries. Woo! And I'm so happy about this that I don't even care if it's TMI :P
Today I've got a lab exam for Anatomy and Physiology, and that's about it. I'll probably go to an impromptu study session for Thursday's Stats exam, just because I can. Hopefully the roads won't be super icy/treacherous.
Art is out of town this week, so it's all fish all the time. Yum.
1: protein shake
2: leftover tilapia
3: catfish (probably lightly fried)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: maybe yoga!
How about you?

Still in GA with a friend, but somehow not missing out on the fun of the blizzard at home. I worked all day yesterday remotely, covering for co-workers who couldn't make it in and I'm back at it again until 11am this morning.
DH says we have about 18-24" of snow at home and still going (hard to tell because of all the drifting).
B: Dannon Light & Fit & String Cheese
L: 2oz Salmon & 1/2oz Cream Cheese
D: Not sure, whatever my friend makes (or a back up protein option)
S: Premier Protein
I had some beef jerky yesterday as a snack and that went down well, so I'm planning on getting some more to travel with when I go home. It's a much nicer option than protein bars. I also tried boiled peanuts and those weren't horrible!

Hey everyone! Almost lunch time here...I'm running late! Only a little flurry here in the Midwest, and it was melted by the time I left work yesterday at 3:30pm. I hope all of you EastCoast friends are safe and warm!

We left early this morning, had my 3 month follow up at the surgeons office. It went really well. I was down another 15 lbs for a grand total of 91 lbs lost since I started May 2016!! I am so proud of myself and my doctor is very happy with my progress. I am so grateful to have had this surgery. I don't remember the last time I was this weight. I know it's been at least 10 years or so.
