Getting out of bed this morning was super challenging, especially because I stayed up a bit past midnight last night doing school work. Thankfully I don't have much to do today and I can hopefully go to bed a little bit early!

1: protein shake
2: eggroll in a bowl
3: maple soy broiled salmon x2, mushroom spinach sauté, rice for the guy

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: hopefully some gentle yoga

How about you?

Hey everybody! Where did that weekend go? I've decided the "Spring Forward" threw everyone off! :) Got my Spring and Easter decorations put up yesterday and that helped to put a good spin on losing the hour. My mother in law came down to help and we had a ham and cheddar chowder for dinner that was pretty good, low carb, but a little too salty for my taste. On the left overs, does anyone have any recommendations to getting the sodium under control? Maybe add some skim milk to it?

B: Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Mixed berry, 1/3 c. blueberries

S: reduced fat string cheese

L: last of the Simple Turkey Chili

D: Egg salad on romaine and cottage cheese

Put a few big chunks of potato in it. They will absorb the salt. Then take out before you eat it.

Salt gone.

Daylight Savings Time should really end. It doesn't really make sense for us to keep doing this anymore. I'm gonna start a petition! LOL

Traveling for work starting today so I probably won't be on much this week. Hope everyone has a fabulous week and a great St Pattys Day! (search pinterest for a low-carb shamrock shake recipe!! )

B: Homemade breakfast burrito (low carb wheat tortilla, 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices bacon and smattering of cheese)

L: Ground beef with taco seasoning and a dash of cheese (gonna heat this up before I leave and eat on the road)

S: Kind bar and coffee on the go

D: I am thinking chicken wings eaten on my hotel room bed

Exercise: I should be at my hotel around 430 so I'm planning on doing a gym session there this evening. Treadmill and a few weights

Put it in with getting rid of the electoral college, and it could get a fighting chance. The electoral college, that is...
