I am so excited, I get to start soft foods tomorrow!!! It can't happen soon enough. I think I am developing lactose intolerance to the shakes - uncomfortable bloating like I've never felt before. I've been taking a chewable Lactaid before each one starting yesterday and I think it might be helping. I just want non-dairy anything (though I'm supposed to start with yogurt. Baby steps). Today I am having my first coffee. Delicious.
So today, 3 more $&@! shakes, Lactaid chews and liquids. Tomorrow, my new food future begins...

Cathy, frequent breaks... House work is stressful!!
Today I have to get ready to go to bed early due to the time change. My time doesn't change, but the clients I serve are in Iowa. So now I have to get up at 0430 and be at my computer, ready to go by 0600! I get off at 1430. However, it changes my gym routine to 1530 in the afternoon instead of my regular 0530. Not usually easy for me, but as I am having good losses, I will persevere!!!
Yesterdays #'s: Calories-904, Fat-26.1g, Fiber-3.5g, Carbs-59.8g, Sodium-1679.7mg, Protein-105.6g, Water-53.7 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 27% from carbs, 26% from fat and 47% from protein.

This weather has me feeling lazy today..thinking seriously about a nap, lol.
