Sleep has been messed up the last week or so, ended up getting to bed very late (read: early 9am lol) and was so out of it I forgot to set my alarm and slept through my chiropractor appointment! DOH! Luckily they rescheduled me for today. Then, when I did get up I was out of Fiber One for my daily breakfast--I'm like a junkie I need my cereal and yogurt fix first thing, that mix of creamy and crunch gets me through the day--so decided to go to the store and stock up on a few things. BAD idea! I know I can't go out and about for a couple of hours without eating first thing...and ended up 2/3 through shopping and getting light headed and weak feeling. Hurried and finished, but had more shopping to do elsewhere, so stopped at Denny's for their lovely grilled tilapia with sauteed zucchini and squash. So yummy! Had the leftovers for dinner. So today's menu will be what I planned for yesterday lol
B: Dannon L&F Greek Yogurt w/Fiber One cereal, perhaps coffee w/H&H
L: Ham and cheese lettuce wrap
D: Either tuna and cottage cheese, or tuna salad in tomato cup
Water and vites: should be on track
E: Unloading my van at the recycling center (LOTS of cardboard), and recumbent bike
Thursday! Beautiful day today in Jersey, then snow tomorrow. Go home Mother Nature, you're drunk.

The weather is totally screwy here too. Nice today, but it's going to be in the 30s for my race on Saturday - as long as it doesn't rain or snow, I don't care!

Yesterday was a fairly good food day. Today is my Friday. I am going to have to go to Costco. Shopping can no longer be put off!!

Hey everyone! My husband and I have to go to a visitation tonight up in his hometown of St. Joe, so not sure where we will end up for dinner afterward, but probably a great Mexican place up there called Barbosa's. Pray for me that I don't eat any chips and dip! ;)

The weather is really terrible here today. We had a couple inches of snow last night and now 40mph winds to blow it all around. Today was supposed to be our monthly staff lunch but they changed the menu from pulled pork to pizza. So I'll be brown bagging instead I guess!
B: Ricotta pancake & laughing cow cheese. Was supposed to be a chicken breakfast sausage too, but it seems it's a little sleeve day because it said "Nope."
L: Ginger Sesame marinated tofu, sesame seeds, soy sauce and a dab of wasabi mayo.
D: Chicken sausage, quick before a 5:30pm appointment.
