The accountability continues...
B: half a breakfast sandwich (Great harvest country french bread, egg, cheese, bacon)
Drive thru donut with the coffee. Ugh, no more coffee drive thru for a bit until I can get the sugar beast more under control
L: turkey cabbage soup, saltine crackers
S: cheese stick, protein bar
D: bottom round roast, mashed potatoes, corn
Off to do mfp now. Yesterday came in about 200 calories high, so need to get back in the habit of logging as I eat. That always helps me to curb the bs calories that I can mindlessly eat otherwise.
